My complaint:

I purchased a TV from Meijer online 11232022 and I register my product with element for the 2 year warranty. When you purchased a item online with Meijer you don’t get a printout receipt it is a online receipt. I have talked to Mia, Dilam and Tony, I have screen shot them everything they have asked me for.

I sent them the serial number ,model, date of purchase and the amount of the purchase. It has been a month and two weeks and I still have not got my warranty for my TV. I have called the phone number 888-842-3577 and no answer. At this point I need to talk with a manager and not talking thru a email. This is so UNACCEPTABLE. The only thing this is tell me is you guys don’t put in notes for your workers to read if things need to be followed-up or addressed A.S.P.A. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Suggested solution:

1)Have the workers read the relies that was send back to them
2)Contact the store where the item was purchased and find out the procedures regarding online receipt for a warranty with a outside company. Update your system
3) PUT IN MY WARRANTY FOR MY TV WHICH IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE 1 month and 2 weeks ago.
