My complaint:
I purchased the D12 shotgun a few months ago with real cash to buy the gold. Also used real cash to upgrade the gun and buy the parts for it etc. A few days ago they downgraded the last clip for that gun to where it shoots no further than the one before it. They still have not changed the statistics on that gun and it still says that it shoots that far and people are still buying it thinking that it will when it does not. This is false advertising not only but they also stole from all the players who had purchased this gun with actual money. I would like a refund at least for the gold probably close to 50,000 that was essentially taken from me as a gun is now useless. I’m seeing hundreds of complaints about the exact same thing and people still buying the clip only to find out that it is not worth it anymore. I don’t see why I refund of gold for those people who had previously bought the gun would be a problem seeing as the gold is not real money to them unless the person buys it. It would only be fair.
Suggested solution:
Since they probably won't change the clip back I just want the money back for the gun and what I put into it. They can even have the gun back as it is useless now. Just want my money in Gold back
