Dominos Pizza complaint: Very rude employee who canceled my order and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager

My complaint:

I ordered online. An hour after ordering I called the store. The man who answered was rude and sarcastic. He admonished me about only 3 people working. He canceled my order without my consent, refused to let me speak to a manager and hung up on me when I asked for his name. I have ordered from this company and store for over a decade! Maybe it’s time to switch to Papa John’s. I have never been talked to or treated so badly by an employee in my life!

Suggested solution:

Definitely reprimand who answered the phone and wouldn't let me speak to a manager or give his name. An actual reprimand too before some other innocent person has to endure that treatment.
