Dominos Pizza complaint: Poor service

My complaint:

Placed an online delivery at 3:25 PM, tracker ed it was delivered at 3:47pm, but no pizza was delivered. Called at 4:07pm, was told the tracker glitched, and it was still on the way. 4:30pm still no pizza, called and asked for a refund, was told they were not responsible because they delivered the pizza. Found out later that they put the pizza on a house porch down the street, sat down there for over an hour in 90 degree high humidity Maryland weather. Not eating it and getting food poisoning. Paid $32 for NOTHING.

Suggested solution:

A refund would be nice, but they already told me that's not happening bc they delivered the pizza. Guess I should of magically known they delivered it to the wrong house. I will never spend another dime at dominos again.
