My complaint:

In an attempt through this whole covid issue and attempting to patron your business, I WAS TREATED VERY POORLY. I called the Dominoes in Clinton, MD and placed order number 210 totaling over $70 to feed my family. The online order went through and we were given a delivery time of 9:45pm. The delivery did not arrive on time. I called the store at 10:20pm and was placed on hold for 15 minutes after being told the store had no drivers. No one ever called to let me know the order was ready but can not be delivered. I called back and asked for a manager and was left on hold again for 24 minutes. I hung up and proceeded to go to the store. There was a line of people standing outside who stated they had delivery orders and decided to come. The store employee said aloud Don’t cook any more pizza or push thru the oven because the food will just be sitting on the rack while I was standing there attempting to make acomplaint to the manager that was NOT AVAILABLE. Once I finally received my 3 pizzas, 3 sandwiches, and 3 orders of wings, the food did not look appetizing at all. The sandwiches were burned and skimpy. The sauce was just drizzled on the wings.

Suggested solution:

This store needs more training, drivers, and an overall better customer experience. Your reviews for this particular store are very bad and I was going to add to them on Yelp, Facebook, and more but decided not to. There definitely needs to be better communication and very empathetic employees who clearly know what they're NOT doing. I would like a full refund as well. Just the overall experience and inconvenience of it all.
