Complaint: Order incorrect

My complaint:

I was driving therefore called in an order at 8:01pm on Monday May 11, 2020 at my local dominos for carry outpick up for a gluten free cheese pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and onions. Before I hung up I repeated my order once more to her. Once I arrived to pick up my order I told her I had an order for a gluten free pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese and onions. She walks away then proceeds to come back to the window with a regular sized pizza box (Not a box that a gluten free pizza comes in) and goes to ring me up. So once more I mentioned that I had a gluten free pizza, She said hold on and walked away. Comes back and goes to ring me up and gives me a total and says their going to have to remake the pizza. I was offered no compensation for their mistake. I understand mistakes happen but due to my circumstances I was unable to wait for another pizza to be cooked therefore I had to leave and figure something else out for dinner after I had went to the location to pick my pizza up.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

At the time a free delivery pizza would of really helped out given my circumstances and that I was not able to wait for the pizza to be re-cooked correctly. It was just extremely frustrating that there was no concern taken to the fact that the order was wrong. I’m disappointed in dominos....there was no apology, no one took accountability for the mistake that had been made.
