My complaint:

Domino’s pizza at 805 Pacific Ave in Tacoma WA. Is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza establishment. January 21st, was my birthday, we were having a party and ordered pizza at 11:50pm, they close at 12am, however, the ordering site states that if the order is placed by 12am, your order will be delivered no problem. I placed my order, and eta was 25 minutes. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before trying to call the store, which puts you on hold as if your waiting to place and order but doesn’t tell you the store is closed! After sitting on hold for 20 mins, I gave up and moved on with my night. NEXT DAY: I called the domino’s pizza and spoke with the manager MEGAN, I gave her my phone number and she pulled up my order and told me it had been voided and I should have received a phone call ing me it was canceled. I asked her why it was canceled seeings as my order was placed before 12am?! And how come no one notified me?! She said because they didn’t have the correct number on my order, well I do have a new cell number than my previous orders, BUT I absolutely used my new number when making the order! She said because it was voided they couldn’t see my new order… and that the order had my old number on it even if they could have… so basically they called the my old number? MEGAN, how did you pull up my order and see that it had been voided and canceled if I didn’t input the correct number? Which is the same number I gave her in the beginning of this conversation! Clearly my new number was on my order or she wouldn’t have been able to pull it up in her system to see what had happened. I’m unclear as to why the system didn’t update my phone number when I input my new number when ordering? She said she’d have to talk to them and see why they didn’t complete my order but that my money would be refunded in a day or two! REALLY MEGAN? That’s it? Still no refund and still no answers! Super sloppy and unprofessional! I love domino’s and all but that ish is bad for business. I’ll be spreading the word, this isn’t acceptable!

Suggested solution:

The manager at this domino’s location (Megan) is not equipped with the skill set required to be in a manager position. Customers should not be treated with disrespect when asking for assistance; especially when it was an error on Domino’s end. I’d like my order made that night and a full refund. My pizza order should have been delivered, I made the order before 12am. I shouldn’t have had to go this far to make a complaint in order to resolve the problem, this could have been resolved with the in store manager if she had any skills in customer relations and service. I don’t make complaints normally, however, this situation was unbelievably unprofessional and over the top with errors. I feel very strong about this, and would like to see it resolved very soon. Thank You!
