Dominos Pizza complaint: Never received order

My complaint:

I ordered pizza and cheese sticks from Dominos and I never received my order. I called the store inquire about the status because delivery tracker showed that Dominos delivery driver Joshua was at location. I opened my door and went downstairs to see if driver was outside. There was no delivery driver in sight. I called the store to speak with someone about my order because tracker was showing that it was delivered but I did not have my order. I initially spoke with Joshua to find out where he delivered my order, he state to me that he knocked on the door and that no one answered so he left food in front of door. I informed Joshua that I’m standing in the front of my door and that there is no dominos order in the hallway. He then apologized and I was referred to the manager Chris. I explained everything to Chris that I did not receive my order so Chris, the manager was very rude and disrespectful stated that I received my order and that the driver delivered it to my address. I informed Chris that my order must have been delivered to the wrong address because I do not have it. I explained to chris that I would not be calling if i received my order. Chris was still very rude and disrespectful and treated me in a way as if I was untrutful about not receiving my order. Chris rudely and abruptly hung up on me while I was talking to him. I tried calling back several times and they continued to hang up on me. I asked joshua the delivery driver which direction did he turn when he came into the parking lot and he stated to me in front of the manager that when he came in he made a left. and went into building 2 on the top floor to apt 2C. I stated to both of them that my order was delivered to the wrong building and address. The driver delivered to 2 Canoga Place 2C which is on the left. Driver should have made a right which is where 2 Whitelaw Place is located. Instead of the manager accepting the fact that this was an error on there part, he continued to say that my order was delivered to the right address. If that is the case I would not be filing a complaint.

Suggested solution:

It is unacceptable for a manager to conduct themselves in a way that is unprofessional. especially towards customers. There needs to be some accountability for this manager and the way he handled my complaint. I have background in foodservice and mistakes do happen and I know the expectations and standards that a foodservice manager is required to adhere to. I am very disappointed in the actions of Manager Chris in handling my issue. This was a mistake on there end and not mines, Why is it that I am being made out as a liar? If I left delivery instructions to knock on door at top floor to receive my order and there was no response, why was I not called to verify that driver is at the correct address? My number is on file and I'm sure that it's printed out on receipt that I did not have to sign since it was purchased via credit card. I need to speak with the owner of this food chain because my satisfaction was not guaranteed and I am quite frankly disappointed about my treatment and as a customer I don't think that I'll ever eat at this location again.
