Complaint: My pizza was not fully cooked when delivered

My complaint:

Last Friday night I ordered three large pizzas, which came to about $65.53 give or take a penny. I called the manager and told him about it and he said I could pick up three more pies the next day or I can get a refund I said okay I’ll get three more pies. So when I called to get the pies replaced a girl answered and said she was real rude he wasn’t supposed to do that then the district manager got on there and he said well I’m not going to replace your pies and he hung up on me. I’m very hurt by that cuz I’ve been getting Domino’s pizzas for 32 years from the same spot. I was very upset about it.

Suggested solution:

When they should keep their word and all the and all the managers should be on one Accord. Not putting each other down. They said he was a new manager and he shouldn\'t have done that he shouldn\'t have said that. I was talking to my husband about it and he said I should go to the corporate so that\'s what I\'m doing now

10 months ago - I'm still waiting to hear back from somebody at Domino's Pizza to resolve this situation. If I don't hear back from them and get apology we will not be eating there anymore we will take her business to Pizza hut.
