My complaint:

I went to the store to order a pizza, for which I made the online payment, now, due to the technical glitch from your end the billing process stopped functioning, however, money from account got debited and despite that, they refused to give me my order stating that I will be given a refund, when I resisted the guy in the counter extremely rude manner said ‘ mere sir se bat kro, I said fine call him’, I literally waited for about 25 minutes after which his so called sir appeared and directly behan to yell stating ‘kya madam aap online process ni smjhti ky, ek Kam kro Mera number lelo ni paise aae aapke pas 7 din me toh me gpay katdunga’, it was only when I said either give me my pizza or refund my money back else I will literally take a legal recourse against you, he somehow agreed to give me saying if I get refund I’ll gpay him.. Despite paying the money, I had to face this inconvenience and waste my time, above all of which such behaviour and the tone of speaking, is not usual. I understand there may be a refund policy likewise, but there was no text message rather I received a text of my order number, still he was repetitively refusing to give me my order Is this what we pay you for? Isnt the customers time of any importance? Further, don’t just say a sorry for inconvenience type of reply to me, because if you cannot teach your workers to behave and they literally yell at customers, you DOMINOS deserve to be DEFAMED. You better take some action for this.
