Dominos Pizza complaint: Manager was rude to me after delivering wrong order

My complaint:

I ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and two 2-liter coca cola sodas for delivery i specified that i only had $100 bill and if it would be ok as i know that they normally wont take anything over $50. The dominoes representative that took the phone call said it would be ok and that he would make it known to the delivery driver. When the driver came i gave him the $100 and he said he could not take it and he was not told he should. That made me have to figure out a way to pay the driver and scramble for money. I was able to find the $55 the order cost but i gave the driver $56 to take care of the change as well PLUS i was able to find 16 quarters for the delivery driver’s tip. I was upset that i was put in that position so i called the location and spoke to the manger on duty he said his name was AJ. AJ said he didnt know anything that a driver probably took my order and i explained i was put in an uncomfortable situation but AJ was NOT sympathetic. I hung up and went to eat my food. I then saw my order had 2 deep dish pizzas and one 2-liter coke and a bottle of Dasani water. I called Dominoes back immediately to speak to AJ thinking he would realize they made a mistake. He said i only ordered and paid for one 2 liter bottle. Which obviously they just did not hear my order correctly. However i said i needed the two sodas because i had too many people at my home that needed the drinks. AJ said i would have to pay if i want them to come back out he also said well maybe they was being generous giving me the water. I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. He said it was nothing he could do and that i can keep the water. I was offended primarily because i order from this location for almost 2 years and NEVER had an issue. and i always tipped drivers well. I told AJ he should be more accomodating as a manager and he said to me he isnt knowledgable of him having to do that. I got very upset at that and decided i didnt want the food. I told AJ i would report him and he said i can if i want to. I hung up and drove the food back to dominoes. I told AJ it was me he was speaking to and i was upset he started to wave his hand at me asking me to leave the store. I decided i would make a police report and show his manager. I called the police and they came. Two officers one went inside and talked to AJ and one talked to me outside. The officer inside took AJ’s statement the officer outside did not take mine and i was the complainant. I had got my refund before the police arrived and i just wanted to make a document of what happened. The officer that spoke to AJ finally came outside and i explained that the other officer didnt even take my statement. So then the officer said to me to go ahead tell them my side. They listened but did not record in writing anything. I got in my car and the officers asked me to wait i went back to the officers and they said that AJ spoke to his manager and they wanted me BANNED for life from the location. I said fine and that that was unbelievable but i was advised. I left. At this point i now want to sue the franchise. The officers also did bot give me any complaint number and as i was leaving the parking lot they both went back into Dominoes to talk more to AJ. Unbelievable. And i live in this town near this Dominoes.

Suggested solution:

I am.looking to sue the franchise owner. How is it that i am BANNED a customer who orders from them all the time and my order was wrong and i was told wrong information? Unbelievable.
