My complaint:

Okay this is a pretty long story so I’m going to try to make it as short as I possibly can order was placed online my daughter-in-law picked out carry out but when you get there there’s a sign that says you have to call for online orders and from what I read it said online and carry out so you needed to call the store well she called after 20 minutes of being on hold she calls me back so I go in and there is two people working a female and a male and I said are your phones working or are you just not answering your phone calls tonight my daughter-in-law’s been on hold for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes trying to let you know I’m here and the lady without missing a beat says well we’re too busy we turn them down we ain’t got time to answer the phones and she gave me an attitude it went back and forth and I told her she needed to drop her effing attitude because I wasn’t the one I was not the one okay and we went back and forth for about 2-3 minutes and I told her I said I want your name because I’m not giving it I don’t have to I said when a customer asks you for your name you were supposed to supply it evidently this female was the manager on shift last night Jan 5th

The location is at the top of this post now I’m going to tell you straight up I have been in customer service one way or the other since I was 15 I’m 48 now if I had talked to a customer the way that girl did I would not have a job and I did everything in my power to keep my temper on control because my first inclination was when she got snarky with me was to grab her by the her hair and pull her over that counter I’m just that type of female I do not like being disrespected like that and then she lied and said there’s only two employees when there was a third one in the back I said well why can’t he answer the phone he don’t know how. That threw me for a loop.

When I finished paying she went in the back to get me corporates number and was sweet as pie afterwards. I saw the young male go towards where she walked. Not sure what was said but her attitude changed

I will tell you all that was said. She was vulgar, pissed and nasty. Had a attitude and I refused to out up with it.

Suggested solution:

Quite simple that girl needs to be fired point blank no holds part and I have been reading all of the complaints on this particular page it's all the same thing you do not have enough staff the food is too cold it doesn't get where it needs to be it takes too long they're not getting their items if you cannot properly staff a location then you need to shut it down regardless if it's a franchise or not
