My complaint:

Ordered pizza on 8222021. Did order pick up curbside and receive it in 2 mins. That did not happen. I called the store to inquire. Amber the CSR picks up, and says she will check on it , hangs up. I waited 3 mins. No apologies nothing. Today 9302021 I place an order for pick up , curbside, get it out within 2 mins. Well the stopper stops to say “ they beat the time “. Negative I did not receive my order with in two mins. I call the store , Amber picks up. Her excuse was there are new ppl that started so the make line is moving slow. She places me on hold , only to hang up. I called again , and I asked to speak to a manager, I am asked why ? I explained to the young gentleman why. He apologized and placed me on hold so he can get the manger. On hold for 12 mins and 52 seconds to speak to a manger. Poor poor poor customer service. I get there is a shortage , new crew but this is NOT how you treat customers. If it weren’t for customers like myself , your would not have a job. Treat people fair , with respect and honor the two min rule. I rather drive to a farther location then Ellenwood to purchase. I am not happy with this location. Amber , needs more training and know how to handle calls without giving excuses or placing blame on the “ new hires “.

Suggested solution:

Honor the two min rule. Offer me a discount on my order , apologize and be nicer. Do not have customers on hold for more then 4 mins.
