My complaint:

Store 6983. 2220 Marsh Lane, Carrollton Texas 75006.
I placed an order online through my app and made a request of “no Garlic on crust”. My husband went to pick up the pizzas and they added garlic. I called the store to let them know they made a mistake and added garlic when we requested no garlic. I spoke the manger over the phone and he said “it happens when you have new employees that do not read special request”. Horrible response since it makes me feel like it is basically our fault for even requesting “no garlic”. He then said its dominos fault for not labeling “no garlic” to where employees can read it without missing it. They offered to re-make the pizzas so my husband waited in his car since they are only allowing curbside at this time. Once the gentleman came out to bring us our pizzas, he shoved the boxes in my husbands face and walked off. Never apologized for the mistake in the first place. We open the boxes to the new pizzas and they were worse then the first order. No cheese, and toppings were thrown randomly on the pizzas. Meantime my husband has me on the phone while this is happening so I head back to the store in my car to speak to a manager. Once I arrive to the store they ignored me standing at the door and ringing the doorbell on the door. Five minutes later the same gentleman that shoved the pizzas in my husbands face comes out but refused to give me his name. So he called the manager to come out and speak to me. The manager apologized and said he will speak to the employee but refused the other gentleman’s name. The manager at this store said his name was Jay Medina but I honestly fail to believe that is really his name. The manager finally gave me the number to call for a complaint and refunded my money but took no responsibility for the employees actions and horrible customer service. The manager even told me “sorry but we are overwhelmed right now so a lot of pizzas are being made the best we can”. All along as me and the manager are speaking, the employee that shoved the pizza in my husbands face was smiling the whole time. I felt we were treated horrible all because they initially made our pizzas wrong but yet they made it seem like it was our fault all along.

Suggested solution:

I honestly feel nothing can be done to make this better after today. I have never felt so upset with the horrible customer service we received today. I have been living in Carrollton over 15 years and ordering from this same exact location and have been treated the way we were treated today. Absolutely horrible. I honestly can say Dominos is my personal favorite pizza go to place but after today, I will not be back to this location.
