Called store, on lengthy hold, hung up x2. 3rd call, asked for manager. announced asst manager, however, could not answer any questions without asking female in background (who can be heard). Co cold soggy thin crust pizza. Told nothing can be done without 100% of pizza present. Explained, only corner out of each (2). I explained the hi expense and lack of quality not acceptable. Total cost $25.85 too included. Told them they could have pizzas back, I requested refund. Again *** didn’t know what to say or do. Female in background saying, she ate the pizza.. I reassured *** only a corner of pizzas missing. They offered no resolve nor an apology. Just commented on time pizza delivered and time I called; 25 minutes later and the fact that others could hear me talking on the line. **** then told me she was hanging up. I then hung up. Forgot to mention, delivery driver not kind of apologetic with the late delivery. I just asked him what took so long. This was my first delivery from Domino’s. I usually order elsewhere. Trying someone new. Horrible first impression!

Putting an actual manager on line when a customer asks instead of having the manager other speak in background passing messages through someone else.
