My complaint:
Employees not wearing gloves.
I patronize the Domino’s Pizza at the above referenced address about once every 10 days. The staff is very friendly, the store appears to be clean, and the pizza is very delicious.
While the staff does wear masks which are required in this area, I was stunned yesterday to see that the employee who was making the Pizza was using his bare hands and not wearing gloves. There is extensive advertising on television about Domino’s contactless delivery but what’s the point if the staff member is not wearing gloves to make the pizza?
When I go to other fast food locations, all staff are wearing both masks and gloves so this seemed very unusual to me at Domino’s, not to mention dangerous.
Domino’s needs to make sure that all staff members at all locations wear both a mask that covers their mouth and nose (some staff do not cover their nose) and that they are wearing gloves when preparing the pizza. It only makes sense during this Covid pandemic.

Suggested solution:
Issue no excuse orders to all store locations and all staff that a mask must be worn covering their mouth and nose, that the mask fit properly, and that they wear gloves while making the pizza and change these gloves frequently.
