My complaint:

I made an order for 30 piece hot wings in store. When I got ready to pay I noticed that the card reader screen was full of numbers. I had almost inserted my card in before I noticed it. The cashier, the black girl with the white acrylicartificial fingernails. told me that the card reader was broken, so she had to punch the number in. I said oh ok, and handed her my card to punch my card number in on the register screen to pay for my order. She did whatever she did, then handed my card back to me. I then went to sit in the lobby to wait on my order. As soon as I sit down, she walked past the back of my chair as I scooted up the chair I was sitting in, in order to let her pass more easily as she headed towards the entranceexit door. Another employee called my name for my order about ten minutes later, I got my order, and left. As I was walking through the parking lot, I passed by the cashier that took my order, I noticed that she had a strange look on her face and a smirk when she noticed me, but she also had a phone to her ear, so I payed it no mind and told her, preshate it as I walked past her by the stop sign in front of the domino’s store. She was coming from the direction of the Walgreens in the same plaza. I got home, ate, and realized I was out of cigarettes. This is approximately a few of hours later. I go to Walgreens to buy cigarettes and my card was declined, it does that sometimes so I tried it twice more, still declined… It NEVER does THAT when I’m SURE I have enough funds on it, which at the time I was confident of bc I just got paid on the 3rd and I hadn’t spent nearly enough to have less than 18 dollars left. I back went to the domino’s store, made the manager Christopher, the black guy, in the black shirt (which had his full name on it), aware of the issue, left. now here I am making a complaint because after I left the Walgreens I checked my balance on my phone and it was $.0.00. that’s when I went back to the domino’s, and spoke with Christopher. Before I went back to domino’s, an officer had exited the Walgreens and got in his cruiser. I motioned my hand to flag him down, and he rolled down his window and said, Yeah. I then said You know if domino’s still open? As I glanced across the plaza to see if I could tell. He said No I don’t know. I said well I had an incident at domino’s and I need you to meet me over there. He then said, and I do quote, (as he was in full uniform, and had entered his department issued police SUV cruiser… We don’t do that I said ok, and went over to the domino’s by myself, talked to Christopher who nodded his head yes when I asked him was he in charge. I had my phone recording video in my pocket when I talked to Christopher. Mind you, there was a completely new crew of members in the store including Christopher. There was a white girl crew member there that was trying to make small talk, saying that she had seen me earlier and mentioned the gloves I had been wearing. So if she had saw me, I didn’t notice nor remember her. Then she clarified that statement and said that she had seen me walking through the neighborhood with them on. Which was true, as a matter of fact, I still had the gloves in my pocket from when I wore them to come and order my wings earlier. So I do have the video of the encounter with the white girl and Christopher. after talking to Christopher, I then went home after he replied with literally NOTHING but smirk and nod after I explained the situation and issue to him. I left, and realized that I had to press the issue even more in order to have it rectified. So here I am. Now, this was on yesterday June 11th 2021,everything that I’ve told you up until this point. The day before THAT, I ordered an order of wings, ALSO in store. I had so much trouble ordering the wings. The cashier the bald headed black girl, (no I’m not being funny) she had a low hair cut down to the scalp with a visor on. The girl the white nails was there, as well as a heavy set white boy, and a heavy set black girl with dreadlocks (there were also two children in the lobby that the girl with the dreadlocks spoke to). Everybody besides the kids were employees. The bald head cashier was acting like she couldn’t hear me, and like the computer was messing up. They all huddled around the computer and fixed the issue, so I decided to leave them a tip that I told them I wanted the girl with the white nails and girl with the dreadlocks to split, it was a $20 tip because they helped resolve the issue. I excluded the bald head girl bc she was giving me a hard time just to order 40 wings. So, I got my order, left with no issue, went home and ate the wings. This was on June 10th 2021. Neither time do I remember them giving me a receipt. But I do have the charge from the 10th on my account. I wasn’t too concerned about having a receipt when I noticed my account had been emptied bc I knew I was on camera buying the wings in the store. The charge from June 11th 2021 did not show up on my account, I just the pending charge from up in smoke, where I went just before I bought the initial batch of wings on the 10th, and the charge from the wings that I bought on the 10th.
