Dominos Pizza complaint: Disgusting customer service

My complaint:

On july 25th, I put in an order which cost exactly $30.00. We went to pick up the order in store and was told they were not ready. As i had covid, my son and daughter waited in store and was then told about 10 minutes later they had no order for me and came out to the car. I then told them i had paid through Paypal and told them to tell them. I was then informed their system had crashed so they had no order and that if i wanted my pizza i had to pay again as they couldnt payment. I refused and asked for my money back. I was then told to wait 12 days. I then phoned Paypal 4 days later and was told it had not been released. I phoned back and told the Manager at Gosnells and was told he had released it and to wait a couple of hours or i could come in and show payment (AGAIN) and get the pizzas i ordered. 2 days later still no money and i didnt want Pizza that night. So now here we are 6 days later and after another lengthy discussion over the phone and still money returned i told them to place the order we missed out on. All this drama over $30.00 which should have been dealt with on the night. I paid for my pizza i should get my pizza, simple. They have now lost us as loyal customers and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Disgusting really.

Suggested solution:

Not 6 days later, 3 managers and about 45 minutes in total on the phone and 45 minutes waiting for the initial order thats for sure.
