My complaint:

On 9620 I placed an order BEFORE midnight and according to the tracker it was received by the store and was being prepped by M. I waited until 1:30 a.m. and the delivery never came. I called at approx 11:00 a.m. the next day to find out what happened. The shift supervisor looked it up and I was told that it had been voided by the manager Molly. I was never called or texted after placing the order that she had done this. On 91220, I placed another order for a chicken parmesan sandwich and two orders of 8 pc boneless chicken. When I saw the same msg that it was being prepped by M I called the store to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues. I explained what had happened the week before and what my concern was. At first I was told that there wasn’t anyone there by the initial M. I then told the girl that I had already previously been told that that it refers to the manager named Molly. I was put on hold for a minute and then was told it was just being put in the oven and that there would be no problem. When it was delivered and I opened the boxes of chicken, not only were the pieces considerably overcooked but also many of the pieces were small pieces that you’d expect to find at the bottom of the box etc (mostly extremely crunchy breading with out the chicken). In addition, the sandwich was simply put in the box with no paper wrap at all. I can’t help but feel that this was done because I’ve had the nerve to complain about the manager. I’ve attempted to file a complaint but have had no luck since there isn’t anyone above her. In fact, today I called a different store in Warr Acres, Oklahoma for some help with this situation. When I told him which store i was concerned about, he kinda laughed and said they get callscomplaints regarding my store which is 6428 at 7743 W Hefner, OKC, OK 73162, quite often. He also mentioned that several employees from there had moved to his in Warr Acres. I am a constant customer and order several times a month but the service and quality has gone down quite a bit lately. I would appreciate your assistance in this manner.

Since I've had to pay for these issues, is appreciate refund even if it's the form of a coupon. Also, something needs to be done in regards of the manager Molly as apparently she seems to be untouchable in regards to complaints on her personally and how she performsher duties etc. I have included pics of the chicken I received in the order referenced above. However I am unable to include both pics so in not sure if your area able to tell anything or not.
