My complaint:
I ordered a pizza at around 11:50 pm, and when the delivery driver showed up at the door he was as loud as he possibly could be by knocking unnecessarily LOUD using my doors massive BRASS knocker against the metal door, he not only woke up my entire family, and my dog, but he also woke up my neighbour to the left of me which caused them to complain to ME about loud noise. When I informed the driver that it was 12AM!! and to not use a metal knocker, or to be considerate of his surroundings and aware of the time and not be so loud, he replied in a very rude manner telling me it wasn’t his problem because I didn’t write a SpEciAl InstrUCtIoN, I didn’t think it was necessary due to the fact it was fucking 12AM and USUALLY…USUALLLLLLY, people have a SHRED of common sense, something that driver seemed to lack.
Suggested solution:
I would like that driver to be punished in some way, I would preferably have him fired for arguing arrogantly to a CUSTOMER and exhibiting rude and condescending behaviour. In a business world, the customer is always the number 1 priority, without customers then the business would cease to exist.
