My complaint:

I was not happy with the service and quality of my food as it was prepared it was not listed and sent as an image prior to delivery as expected and after receiving my delivery I ed that I requested a refund on my product via phone conversations with the manager on that shift whom reluctant took my matter seriously or respectfully I was met with extremely degrading resistance about my order and how I was to make the complaint about my lack of service in very demeaning situation I requested the information i needed to do so also being told that I have no valid complaint and that I was also refused a print out of my receipt to validate the order number of my complaint. I feel dehumanised from this experience and I feel this is not the service any customer should ever have to deal with

Suggested solution:

The resolution would consist of an official apology from the management and staff followed by a request to review the customer service standards out laid in the service of domino’s pizza restaurants and of cousins a full refund in the Monetary sum equivalent to $40.65 and further compensation leading to the emotional and distress impacted by the degradation of my rights to a reasonable request determining a refund on my product and the damage suffered will be handed to a legal firm for a full review of the legal proceedings that can be made presentable to a judicial system outlining the degradation of my health from this experience
