My complaint:
We called Dish and canceled our service. They sent us a box to return the receiver and some other equipment. The only problem is they didn’t send us the preprinted prepaid return label. I’ve called on multiple occasions trying to get them to send me the label. Should be easy enough right? Apparently not. I either get told the label was in the box (it isn’t) or the label is under the label that was used to send the box to us. (Once again, it isn’t. The only thing under that label is box) The last time I called asking for the label I was placed on hold and then hung up on after waiting several minutes. I don’t know that to do. I know they are going to charge us for the equipment, and I think that is dirty of them as they are the ones who forgot to send the shipping label as promised.
Suggested solution:
I just want to get the shipping label and send their equipment back. This shouldn’t be so complicated
