My complaint:
I find the background music and sound effects tend to overpower the narration. I really enjoy all discovery documentaries, but the volume of the above takes away the enjoyment. I have to keep reducing the volume and very often cannot hear the narration. Please reduce the volume.

Reduce the volume or remove. The documentary would be more enjoyable without all the extra effects.
