My complaint:

February 9, I cancelled my ziply fiber account, on the 20th ziply charged me for March. Unable to speak to anyone at Direct Express, I found a complaint line and the folks contacted them for me and D.E. was supposed to send me paperwork to fill out, it never came. Now ziply fiber has sent me an email March 17, informing me that my D.E. card is about to expire and that it might interrupt my service. I tried to contact D.E. about it and of course, nobody answers. D.E. customer service has not answered their phones for several weeks. But I have had many, many enjoyable hours on hold listening to their cheesy music and the message every 45 seconds reminding me that my call is very important and a customer service agent will be with me shortly. Now D.E. has removed the $50 credit for the funds ziply fiber stole because I never got the paperwork they were supposed to send.

Suggested solution:

Put my $50 back in my account, never let ziply fiber charge me another penny and send the paperwork they wanted me to fill out to get my money back!
