My complaint:

I started this dispute on March 14, 2023 where I spoke to the most rudest nastiest woman I’ve ever spoken to in customer service in all my life! It goes to show that she only wanted to do what she wanted to do because when I followed up on the claim, they stated that it was two separate amounts that equaled $354
When anybody can pull that phone call and I told her multiple times that my entire benefits that are distributed onto the card on the third of every month at 12:01 AM Eastern standard time is GONE $1729.00 She spoke to me very rudely and almost as if I was troubling her by calling and making this dispute
With that being said, I’ve called multiple times after the first phone call to follow up and the minute I received my paperwork it was filled out and I called direct express for their fax number, and the young lady gave me two stating that sometimes one is busy, so fax it to the other I went ahead and faxed it to both Then I went a step further and I emailed all seven pages that I faxed then a step further and I went to the United States. Postal Service and I overnighted it to the PO Box.
I followed up a good 24 hours later to make sure that they received the faxes the email and the overnighted hardcopy and I was told multiple times no it was not scanned in yet, no, not sure if we have it, no, we never received it!
After submitting the questionnaire that was sent to me I also attached a police report and a social services letter that was addressed to me that they found out on December 26 that they sent all my private information to somebody else that applied and I just received that letter that is attached to DirectExpress on March 11, 2023
I also explained not that concerned, direct Xpress, but I thought that they would understand that besides the DirectExpress debit card my entire life was stolen when my entire wall it was taken! My Social Security card, my drivers license, multiple credit cards, checkbooks, and cash, along with personal pictures that I had of people that are no longer here with us! The phone calls can be pulled because I have cried and begged multiple times for people to try to expedite this and I have been calling like I said since March 14, 2023 today is March 31, 2023 at 6:35 PM Eastern standard time
I called this morning at 8:34 AM Eastern standard time and I got a young lady. I believe her name is Isabell or Isabella. I explain the situation and she said oh I’m so sorry. Can I have your social your first and last name and your address which I provided And then she said can I place you on a brief hold and I said of course, and when she returns, she said, and I quote you will be receiving that credit. I’m not sure what time give it a few hours. If you have the app continue to check on the app and if you don’t call the toll-free number and you’ll hear your balance , I did that for five hours until I said, let me call again. I spoke to some gentleman by the name of Jacob, who answered the phone as if he was answering his home phone he said yeah first name last name, and I am very reluctant to get out any information until they address who they are and where I’m calling. I explained that I spoke to a young lady this morning at 8:34 AM Eastern standard time and he said end and I responded and I was told that I would receive my entire benefits back on the card and I don’t have them and he went around in circles and circles till I got so confused where I told him to have a good day and I hung up and I called right back. For the umpteenth time I gave my social my first name my last name, my date of birth my address they got into the account then they had to transfer me for the umpteenth time to the fraud department where I got somebody that didn’t speak a lick of English, and didn’t understand a word I was saying, and then transfer me to a dialtone I called back. I did the same exact thing with my personal information. They transfer me to the fraud department, and then I was told I don’t know why that young lady told you that this morning we can’t even speak to the investigation team, but it does look like you are getting a provisional credit. I just don’t know when And I explained that I have thyroid cancer I have to pay for medicine I had to put gas in my car and I live off of my benefits and I was told I have to sit and wait 45 to 90 days with that being said everybody that I spoke to had a different story 7 to 10 business days, it’s being expedited, you’re getting your credit today, I was supposed to get my credit Tuesday that just passed, oh your credits coming Wednesday, I hope you understand what I’m trying to say nobody had the same story or the same information it was different every phone call . Last night when I called at 5:45PM Eastern standard time I was told by a young lady that the investigator was gonna work on it but in the morning yeah because they close at 5 o’clock and the investigator he or she did not want to do their job and they wanted to leave.
Please understand what I’m saying if my Social Security card is stolen along with my license, and along with any other personal information inside my wallet that is taken, gone , stolen of course somebody could be acting as if they were me. Also, the detective told me that there were some purchases made within my surrounding town. What does the employees of DirectExpress understand? I am a victim of theft. They have it under grand larceny and identity theft. My last phone call to DirectExpress I was transferred once again after I gave all my personal information for the umpteenth times infinity times, and a female who had an attitude sorry that I was calling for help and she turned around and said your claim was denied and I’ll send you the information in the mail and I was dismissed
I promise two things one I will hire an attorney, and I don’t care if I have to get my brothers law firm involved, but I will, and they will find out who the investigator was and I will press charges against him or her, not giving me the provisional credit with all the proper identification! As I said earlier and I’ve told multiple people I have thyroid cancer yes I’m living with it and I’m doing well but I am on medicine that I take on a daily basis and I’ve been without it for four days because these people want to play games, my health is not a game And the money that I live on monthly is not a game
Also, the detective told me to let you know that since these people or person knows where I live and has my personal information they can shop or purchase or withdraw or whatever they do with my personal information so I don’t care what kind of pattern it’s showing or it’s within my neighborhood or out of my neighborhood. It’s not me and I will swear on a stack of Bibles in front of a jury and after they hear what the employees did to me since the 14th till today, March 31 that Jerry would have to pick up their jaws off the floor
This is all documented and it was given to the detectives. It’s also part of my case of the grand larceny direct Xpress was also added to it, and I’m asking somebody to give me my money back I did not use a penny of it.
Has anybody could see my monthly deposits is $1729 even

Suggested solution:

Put my entire benefits back on the brand new card that they sent me for $1729 and do their due diligence and do their job correctly and stop making me jump through hoops over hoops through fire underwater and make me feel like I’m drowning
