My complaint:

Well just two months ago there was 800 and 200 dollars stolen from me off my direct express card and they refused to replace it causing me to have tremendous hardship. Said because my pin was used it’s friendly fraud wth so it’s friendly to steal from a disabled person. Then on the 1st of December I tried transferring some money to another bank account it was supposed to go up to 300 but would only do 50 and they said technical error. The next day I try to use my card and it said unauthorized charges. I look at the app and my card was blocked. I call and the representative said they turned my card off for my protection that a website in China tried to charge my card over 20 times in an hour. So my card is not active I threw in trash. That evening I update my number and I get a text my 50 dollars did not transfer so I sign into the app which is now locked. I was told the card they just issued me had a little over 2 dollars on it and I immediately burst into tears and file a dispute. The lady cuts off the card just issued and sends yet another one out this time quick delivery and I’m charged like 1395 I believe. I never got the card my 50 posted on it minus the 1395 and the 2 dollars I had. Well I get a text that my card was just used at a store and I never got it or activated it and called the manager of the store who is willing to work with investigation. I need my money

Replace all money even the thousand from October
