My complaint:
I called to get a new replacement card, as mine was compromised. I completed the process and asked for expedited shipping, which cost in the neighborhood of $30. The representative told me to expect my card within three business days. Three business days passed and I had not received my card. On the fourth day, I called and the representative stated it takes one day to cut the card and three days to receive. So it will be four days total. I asked if I would receive it the following day, they said expect it to be there. Five days passed and I still had not received it, six days, and now seven and still have not received it. I would like to have a refund of the $30 that was spent to expedite the process, as this process has not been expedited whatsoever and the communication between both parties has been negligible at best.
Suggested solution:
I would like to have my $30 expedited fee reimbursed on my account. I also would appreciate having my card in my hands, as I still do not have the card currently.
