Direct Express complaint: not transferring my money to a bank and not telling me routing number soon enough of my card

My complaint:

Lost my card called customer service as was forced into new app that they admit now didnt work for at least two weeks or more before and after its release still doesnt function well. Was told could not transfer money to bank as i needed app to do that, was told i needed to send for new card as i needed it for medicine mostly plavix i ordered a new card .was not delivered ups
couldnt find address when it si on google maps aand all othe gps services. was originally told no tracking number after telling customer service rep all shipments get tracking number. was not delivered next monday as you put hold on it for some reason only known to you . couldnt get my plavix am now having mini strokes as a result you are reposible .

Suggested solution:

a nice settlement before we go to court over you putting into service an app you knew wouldnt work and for having such horrible customer. service. pay my medical bills for the mini strokes and 10000 in damages .

Just go to court. That seems to be the only thing that will make DE change. A class action suit is what DE needs. And leave DE for another prepaid card or a real bank. It’s not rocketscience. I’d say that if you’re still getting money sent to that account, you’re not thinking clearly
