Direct Express complaint: not giving truthful information

My complaint:

I received my check on direct Express on the 1st actually it was like a little bit before the first because the first fell on I weekend. when I got my card my card was locked I couldn’t get no money I was very upset so I called and nobody could figure out why it was locked. I asked to speak with the manager and that was a big mistake she belittled me she acted like I was a little kid and she said that I should not contact anyone at social security or speak with anyone at direct Express that they were just canceling my card and sending me a new one that did not help me at all with paying my bills and having money throughout the month to live on. moving on to today I called again I’ve been calling every day for over 2 weeks spending hours on hold between social security and direct Express. I was told that they shut my card off and they were sending me a new one expedited. she made me feel so bad I even cried treating me like a child making me write down things like I will not call social security or direct Express making me write stuff down I’m 51 she was a manager I didn’t catch her name. but when it came down to it direct Express needs to write me a letter stating that my card was frozen so that I can get rental assistance. if that woman does not like your job maybe she should go work for the DMV but she would fit right in there I don’t know where my money went she said I have $10 left on my card if I wasn’t able to use it where is it. even the social security people were baffled. I was supposed to get a consent based, m o u they gave me a number I knew more about it than she did I spent 3 weeks doing this and got nowhere social security would say that they had waited on hold for hours with direct Express never able to talk to him I talked to him everyday within 15 minutes I was connected with someone so that’s why they just didn’t want to take the time to take care of my problem which wasn’t even a problem I don’t know what the big deal was is somehow in the fraud division when there is been no fraud except for now I don’t know what’s going on

Suggested solution:

I would like a letter on direct Express paper stating what day my card was frozen and what day it was released and what the reason was because I was never told I need to give this to the lady in town here cuz she's going to see about getting me some rental assistance that's the only way she can do it is by having this letter and I'm scared to call the direct express people so I don't want to be treated like crap again or juvenile
