My complaint:

I filed a complaint with Direct Express about unauthorized withdraws from my account. Because I do not have a phone. I do not have a phone contact; I mailed all the information and the fu requested documentation. I had a case open almost two years later that did not address my complaint. I have filed multiple complaints with various regulatory agencies more than once. I receive the same message from the Advocacy Group call or we will do nothing. I cannot call and no one answers the phone anyway. Many people have stated they have tried to call on my behalf and the line hangs up on them. The information is with the company and there is no email response or useful communication to resolve the matter. Direct Express has allowed the company to drain my account. This is not a consumer friendly card.

Suggested solution:

There should be alternative ways to file and manage a compliant about any concern the consumer has. This process should be online and available through the various communication venues.
