My complaint:
I received a low balance on 080320. I new there was something wrong, so I went online and checked my purchases. I saw the 9 unauthorized purchases and called Direct Express. I took me over 45 minutes to speak to a person. Danny cancelled my card and ordered me a new one. He said he would transfer me to a rep to help me file a resolution dispute but held for two hours and no one ever answered. I find this totally disgusting and an unethical way to handle customers with problems.
Suggested solution:
Direct Express should refund the charges onto the new card that was ordered when the old card was cancelled. I can't even find the correct address to mail my information to , so I can file the dispute. It also says it may take months to resolve the complaint and all my funds are now gone from my account.
