My complaint:
I received my SSI benefit as usual. And, as usual I always check my current balance and review all debits. In October I did this review and to my surprise although my debits were all correct when I subtracted the debits from my benefit received. However, $1000.00 was missing with no record of that amount debited. I contacted Direct Express and they told me they would have to send me a written statement by mail and I would receive it in 7 business days. I never received that mail. I called Direct Express and told them. They said the mail must have be lost in the mail and they would send me another. By now almost a month had passed and my money was gone. This is not acceptable. I have been broke all through the Holiday Season and I need immediate help and explanation of why and how this happened!
Suggested solution:
Stop this nonsense and return my missing money!
