My complaint:
While going over my Direct Express transactions in February, I noticed an $87.00 deduction from a company I had ordered a sample cream from. On the same day I sent them $4.95 for SH they deducted the $87.00 for a full bottle (I guess) that I didn’t give permission for plus I cancelled the product within the 16 day trial. So I was pissed! And was needing to file a complaint about this transaction. So I called direct Express. After going thru many diff. options I finally got someone who transfered me to the only person who. could file my complaint. I waited on the phone on hold for 55 minutes!!! I called back told her what had happened bc she transfered me again before I even finished speaking! This time I waited 45 mins. So my complaint is WHY doesn’t Direct Express hire more people if they are THAT busy. It’s rediculous and a waste of my time! I could have been doing a lot of other things than waiting on a person to answer the phone. I’m going to let them know I filed this complaint and hope you do to. But good luck bc you’d better be ready for a hellofawait! Thx.
