My complaint:
I’m a senior 78 years old I been on the phone waiting for a person to help me for over two hours having had to call back four times and being transferred and mostly on hold only to ask about a transaction. The representatives are so rude and told me multiple times they can’t help me because I transferred to the wrong extension and put me on hold again. They all seem to pass me to someone else. I’m old and fraile and just want to know if I was double charged on a certain transaction. I dont have internet or a smart phone so I can not go online to check. What a inconvenience it has been to have direct express. I’m going to look for another option for my banking use. Poor customer service!
