My complaint:

I called customer service on 05/19/2023 to have my information updated they asked me to email my social and if to ID@usdirectexpress.com to have information updated. I did got no ation or case number I called today spoke with Jessica who was an agent she kept claiming to not be able to hear me when I knew she could as she kept over talking me then hung up, I spoke with Emily who refused service after asking for an manager and hung up, Joemar transferred me to Krystal so called supervisors who was DISRESPECTFUL she kept claiming I was cursing her out when I said “well darn it” she the. Started becoming aggressive and saying I was over talking her when I wasn’t all calls was recorded on my end as well. I spoke with Jonny who was able to get Phill the supervisor on the phone who tried to help but said to email an case number. WHY SO MANY PEOPLE, it sounds like they don’t care they getting paid regardless so they ignore why people are calling and sadly the last two pple was better to help. People be out in a public place we are not comfortable giving outlet socials out like that. They need to find a new solution.

Fix my account better yet let social security know I need to FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO BANK WITH CAUSE YALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES 💁🏾‍♀️💁🏾‍♀️💁🏾‍♀️💁🏾‍♀️
