My complaint:
On Sunday, June 9, we were going to fly from Milan to Sofia by Rynair. They asked for an extra 50 euro because we didn’t check in online. then we said let’s pay ok but the payment point was too far and there were too many queues. when it came to us, we asked the officer if we could catch the plane. We said we don’t want to pay extra if we’re late. She said if you pay us now, you’il catch the plane. We paid and checked in. we ran to the door and the plane closed the doors despite the 20 min rotar. Rynair took money from us by lying. Complaining. What can we do?
