My complaint:
Dear Sir Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Days Inn Watford Gap
The issue that I have experienced was: First of all, unlike previous stays , the room was not up to a good standard of cleanliness, it wasn’t good at all. The room was £90 which is quite expensive with no extras like breakfast.
I have add that the receptionist was very friendly and I have no complaints there.
When I left and drove back home I realised I had left a toiletry bag in the room. My 8 year old grandson said he had seen it on the bed.
I wasn’t too concerned, my son lives close by to the Days Inn and I asked him to go and collect it for me. However he was told it wasn’t there which means my toiletry bag full of make up and creams has been stolen. I am furious. I cannot afford to replace all that I had in there and I never for once believed that it wouldn’t be handed in. This is awful
It occurred on: 2023-04-16
This meant that It has caused me a lot of upset as well as being devastated that someone would take it
I would like a full refund of my hotel to help towards the goods I need to replace due to theft
