Days Inn complaint: Should a click cost me $120????

My complaint:

I recently was at ur Waynesville NC affiliate and was simply attempting to book the hotel via Priceline App while standing in the lobby of the Days Inn by Wyndham in Waynesville NC.

By accident I clicked on the Asheville NC location and made a reservation instead of the Waynesville NC location. Immediately after noticing my mistake I contacted the receptionist in Asheville NC, I spoke with the lady and informed her that it was a mistake and that I wouldn’t be lodging with them due to the accident on my end.

She located the reservation and told me that she couldn’t refund but she would let the “Priceline “ department know that I had not indeed stayed there. Ever since that night I’ve tried to wrap my head around the fact that I’m being charged $130 because of a mistake that was truly and accident and nothing more and I can’t get any reprieve from a multi-million dollar company.

Suggested solution:

I should be reimbursed the amount that was debited from the Asheville, NC location immediately and because I have spent an hour or so on this phone and spoken with several of ur customer service representatives and not one of them have an American accent nor do they have a very understandable enunciated response to my questions, I would like to be given something for the aggravation of having to negotiate basic standards and at the very least business ethics. Because I think the public would agree with me on this. My question to u is simply… do h agree with me. Please end this unfortunate issue and replace my money for a service I didn’t use.
