My complaint:

On the 13th October I made a booking for dbl room at your hotel through trip.com app,paid for it. Travelled 15miles to check in after 3pm to find out from *** that he would not check me in and asked me to call trip.com company.Said there is some info missing and I had to call them.

I explained i did everything from my side correctly and he should be calling them , not me(him /Days inn hotel and trip.com should sort out their business together) but i did call them.

Then I found out they needed to talk to him and they called him,he did not even ask for details from them he said he was missing before but cancelled my stay just like this!!! Absolutely duscusting,pathethic and not professional at all,very poor attitude and customer service-not acceptable!

I was so sick and tired and wanted to dleep but then spent 1 h on the phone with trip.com to find me other accommodation. I would like you to know about it and that I need compensation for petrol please(15miles from Chequers hotel Newbury and back there as trip.com after story with Alwin booked me un there-28miles and there was no other way to come back).

Kindly let me know what you need from me to pay me for petrol money,i mentioned it to *** rude but he ignored it.

Pay me money for petrol 28miles in total,enough disrespect and ignorance
