My complaint:
I booked a stay with days inn, in willcox Arizona on 08/06/2023. I walked in my room and it was filthy! The room had bugs, no ac, the smell of rotting something in the room was dreadful, the bedding was covered in pee and the flood had blood in the corner of the wall! I left immediately and told the manager I wanted a refund on my room but because I went through next day hotels they couldn’t do anything about it! The lady told me to contact next day hotels and tell them to call her so she could cancel the room. They wouldn’t do anything about it so I went back to the hotel and the manager had another story for me and said they took everything off file. The next day I noticed money missing from my card labeled as “days inn” so I got ahold of the manager and she said payment was canceled and they put the money back on my card. She obviously lied and that’s why I’m here. She pulled $89 from my card without my permission and said it would go back on, payment posted today in my bank account and the money is gone!
Suggested solution:
I want my money back and some kind of compensation for having to travel back in forth! I live 45 minutes away from the hotel
