My complaint:

I first purchased my PC (2600$CAD) back in July and it was malfunctioning from September to February, I contacted the support multiple times to try to resolve this problem and finally I sent my PC for a repair with my warranty. My PC was having problems with a 100% disk usage and someday it just stopped working and could not boot it again.
I paid the fees related to the delivery and the reception (Import fees) and it cost 200$CAD. It took one month to have my PC back, and when it came back, it was damaged.

My PC was (and still is) damaged outside and inside the box. My front box is flexed and can’t be properly closed. It stays in place with only three legs and the fourth one is making it imbalance whenever I need to move it. Inside the PC, I found the foam blocked in the downside of the PC and couldn’t take it out without cutting it with a knife. It was so pressed that my Graphics card was lifted a bit. When I removed it, I found there was 4 cables that weren’t plugged because some of the Pins were damaged (flexed sideways and pinned down) for my USB 3.0 and the 3 cables of the Front Panel Header. For the USB 3.0 the safebox to plug it was also damaged (bottom panel broken). Also, the agent told me to still connect them while they were damaged, so I flexed back the pins (not the F_Panel because there is 6 Pins all flexed down) and plugged the cables still. Also, when I fixed the cables in my PC, I found my power cable was damaged as well and the pins were so flexed I couldn’t fit it in my outlet. I did the same thing as before and flexed it back to normal to put it in and I booted my PC. When it started, I noticed that my RGB on the back fan wasn’t working (when it’s supposed to) and I was afraid my fan wasn’t working, but the fan wasn’t affected.

When I booted my PC, it did run well, but I am really unsatisfied with the product overall and the state it came back to me after I paid for a full repair.

Suggested solution:

First things first, I expected a better PC when I paid 2600$CAD in the first place and found out it had problems regularly (but still was ''functional'') so that was a big let down. Also, I expected a better repair service when I sent it to the company by my own money to pay the delivery and import fees. I expect 2 solutions to my complaint. The first solution I expect would be to send me a new full PC (with the same specs it was supposed to have in the first place) and get back the PC they sent me and they pay all the fees related to this (this means my delivery fees for sending the damaged PC and the import fees when I receive the new one). The other solution I see is to send my PC back to them and do a full repair while CyberPowerPc pay all the fees related to it (From sending my PC to them, to sending the PC back and paying the custom fees). By a full repair, I mean taking care of all the damage to the box and its inside. That would mean to replace all the damaged cables (Power Cable, USB 3.0 cable and pins, Front Panel Header cables and pins) and the RGB Fan. I would also expect a full new Box because of its state (scratches and bumps and legs).

This is how CyberPowerPc should handle this situation.
