My complaint:

ups did not contacted us to pay custom charges and also their website showing 3 attempts made to deliver parcel.now they are demanding from us high custom charges nearly 3 times.not answering phone calls

Suggested solution:

we would like to get our parcels and want to pay single time custom charges as they did not contacted us at all to pay them custom charges on first place
