My complaint:

Bought a fridge freezer in January, tried to get in touch in March as the appliance is making drilling sound but up until now, they have not resolved nor even offered any form of compensation despite numerous phone calls, email and reviews.

Excerpt from one of my email to them

Hi, I have been on about this since March and has since been disappointed. I will detail every single step i made for you to make sense of why your service is disappointing.

Purchased a fridge Freezer on the 25th January online using the company address for delivery, company address for billing and company card for transaction. Please see attached receipt.
Item delivered in the Business premises on the 31st of January.— No mention about repairs to offices whatsoever, just instructed on installation.
March 11, noticed a drilling sound from the item
March 13 tried to contact online support, which kept bouncing me from one number to another for a full day of just trying to get assistance with no result so sent an email to Tech support. See response below

Engineer said he will report to Currys but we have not received any update up until now.
Received an email on 6th April and tried to reply about it but have not heard still. You claim to have called and i have received 2 missed call as i was working and unable to take the call hence i responded to the email which appears to be of no result still.
After much consideration, tried to use RESOLVER as a frustrated customers response to your lack of concern unfortunately, response is still unacceptable as apparently there is nothing you can do as the item is located in an office facility. Again can i reiterate that this was never mentioned at the time of purchase on your after service team. Quite deceiving if i am to say.
The noise is disrupting my zoom meetings, my work and since then have to unplug it which now serves NO PURPOSE at all.
I hope you can sense my frustration as i feel it is unacceptable to leave your customers hanging especially when i have always purchased from yous.
I decided to have the review in the hope that you will attend to my frustrating complaint
I do hope this time, you will give me an appropriate and timely response

Suggested solution:

If they cannot offer repair at least compensate as the product is only less than 2 months when the fault was discovered
