My complaint:

absolutely disgusted is too polite!

I bought an Asus laptop in November 2020 and it’s been nothing but a nightmare I have had trouble switching the thing on let alone use it, I had already been to the store for a replacement charger. I asked if I could change it and pay the difference for a better one but was advised I can only have it repaired.

I sent it into the Hereford branch about 2 weeks ago and was advised it needed to be sent off as its still in the purchase guarantee,
on collecting the laptop today, I was told it’s been cleaned up, I cannot fathom out why it needed to be cleaned as it has Hardly been used IV NOT BEEN ABLE TO TURN IT ON
now turning it on I find that everything has been deleted – fuming is an understatement, I didn’t have much on there but what I had I wanted.

not being able to switch the thing on has nothing to do with deleting everything from it

it has just been set back to when I bought it – WHY

I would rather swap this laptop and pay extra for one that is better

I buy loads of things from Currys, but this experience has put me off

I HAD ALSO PURCHASED MICROSOFT OFFICE AND INTERNET SECURITY WHEN I BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP IN NOVEMEBER, AFTER HAVING IT BACK IT NO LONGER HAS THIS ON??
I AM LIVID AS I CANNOT USE IT AGAIN!!
IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THAT YOU RETURN SOMETHING BACK TO ME WITH MISSING FILES, PHOTOS AND PURCHASES TOO.
