My complaint:
My teams and friends had disappeared from my game along with the challenges to earn coins or spins. I contact the help centre who said I had suspicious unauthorised activity on my account and they could t help me. I play this game with family and friends and I am struggling to work out how I could be doing anything suspicious or unauthorised on this game.
I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. I had deleted the game several times and logged in again to try and resolve the issue on my own but this did not work and now I’m clearly being accused of doing something I shouldn’t have in a free game?
They would not explain what suspicious or unauthorised actions when I asked. I find this absolutely shocking that I was only asking for help as to why my game was working properly and I’m being accused of god knows what
Suggested solution:
I wanted my game to be fixed to start with and that’s all I asked for.
I’ve had the same thing happen to me accused I’ve being conducting suspicious activity and blocked from accessing any features.
When I asked what this activity was they refuse to discuss further sending automated emails by the looks of yours as mine was word for word the same.
The game now is unplayable shame as my family and I were having fun raiding and attacking each other.
