My complaint:
On Dec. 29th I completed an award and received 7K spins for it. The 1.2K bonus was on my screen when I completed this. I have made numerous attempts to speak with these people and all of them say the 1.2 had expired, however; it was on my screen.
Yesterday the app was acting up and cost me 1500 spins and the claim of coin master representatives claim that I made the bid which I did not.
I don’t appreciate being called a liar by these people which is what they are essentially doing when they rip me off of my spins.
Another issue I have addressed is the fact that when you are bidding high and you are not hitting so you go back to a lower bid then all of a sudden you hit 3 special symbols. The same goes for a raid especially when the coin master has a high amount of coins to raid. Coin master is running a grift on many good people who play the game fair and refuse to address the issues that I have called them out on.
Suggested solution:
They should give me back my spins and complementary spins, coins cards for all the trouble they have caused me.
