My complaint:
On 3 separate occasions i have purchased spin packs and they have not been added to my account. I have contacted coinmaster and they say this has been passed to technical team and i havent heard anything since. First time was 3 weeks ago when i lost out on a gold card, 5k spins and 3.2 billion coins. Second time lost out on spins and 3rd time was the same.
Suggested solution:
I would like the gold card imperial temple, the 5k spins and the 3.2 billion i lost from first time.
