My complaint:
Contacted the support team with no, absolute no valid explanation as to why I did not receive the last chest(to be collected on that last day of the month. I did receive the actual gift for day 31 but the chest did not give me the gifts promised by coin master.
On email, spoke to a unhelpful lady named Cilva from the support team
I am a software developer myself and I work on IBM mainframes. I am aware that you cannot only rely on systems to give a full detailed report and this is what she keeps refering to. Systems can be faulty and I am blaming coin master because she only looks at what the system report says.
I dont think she has the knowledge on investigating account or systems. I also don’t think they did proper investigation I can only assume that she only pulled a report.
I am about to delete my account as I know numerous people who have had the same issues.

Suggested solution:
Kindly investigate thoroughly and find the problem.
It would be helpful to get the spins from coin master promised me otherwise I am unable to complete my main event.
This would be sad if not done due to technical errors your gamers should not experience.
