My complaint:
Start date 16th MARCH 2022.
Starting on 16th March 2022 my COINMASTER GAME VIP group manager has declined to reply to any of the text messages I have sent her via FB messanger. In addition Abby has completely blocked me from accessing her FB group page. The name of FB group page is

I have been member of Coinmaster – Abby’s VIP group since August 2019. I started playing COINMASTER GAME in April 2019 shortly after my twin brother deceased took his life via suicide 22nd January 2019. Since January 2019 my 3 other brothers deceased have ended their lifes via suicide. I struggle to cope with suicides of my 4 brothers deceased. The online gaming community forums internationally in UK provide me with game strategies social support from other coinmaster players. I appreciate opportunity to communicate with other coinmaster game players globally very much.
I have paid lot of money to MOON ACTIVE COMPANY to be able to play coinmaster game at a high level.
It is disappointing and extremely stressful to know MOON ACTIVE COMPANY has placed limitations on my VIP coinmaster game account ID.
My VIP group manager Abby has refused to reply to any of text messages I have sent her via FB messanger page since 16th March 2022.
Similarly MOON ACTIVE SUPPORT TEAM will not provide me any information regards the status of my VIP coinmaster game account ID
In addition MOON ACTIVE support team have refused to provide me with 100k spins compensation for a coinmaster game IT technical fault. I lost 100k spins because of this fault.
I would appreciate MOON ACTIVE COMPANY investigating resolving this issue.
