Coin Master complaint: Missing box’s and hammers

My complaint:

Other the last week the iv had three of the tournament box’s come down to middle of screen then go off to the right side with out giving me anything this did it again this morning, I had gold hammer and was spinning at 250 the hammers never gave me the 2500 I should have got for 3 hammers?

Suggested solution:

3 boxes I’m owed and 2500 gold hammers please
